Our Remote Team & Culture

We are a small team that embraces the entrepreneurial vibe of being agile, with open communication and teamwork. In This Role, You Will:

  • You will benefit from our disruptive inbound marketing strategy and reach to clinic owners in North America. We work mostly with physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, dentists, and naturopaths.
  • You will report directly to the marketing director
  • We invest a LOT of money in training for our team… If you love learning, You’ll love it here
  • You are a ninja at copywriting, social media, and online marketing
  • Your top priority is to be acquiring new leads by increasing brand awareness with content marketing and social media
  • You will be responsible for creating (and optimizing) marketing collateral including email newsletters,  landing pages, blogs, webinars, and social media platforms 
  • We have hundreds of hours of video content and need your help to create shareable content on social media
  • You will manage a team of overseas marketing assistants to help support your work
  • You will market and plan our in-person events and clinic owner meetups to generate leads
  • You will attend conferences to host our company’s booth and book demos for our sales team
  • You will research and use AI (such as Chat GPT) to scale your marketing efforts
  • Execute on SEO strategy to drive more organic traffic
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for all the different businesses: CallHero, Clinic Accelerator, and Painhero 
  • Exceed monthly quotas of lead generation targets

About You

  • 2 to 3+ years in a fast past marketing team
  • Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision, and in collaboration with team members
  • You have a strong track record of hitting lead generation targets and working with sales to hit and beat company goals
  • You are a strategic, analytical and well rounded marketer who thrives in getting things done
  • You can manage a team of overseas assistants
  • You can market and plan in-person events from start to finish to generate leads
  • You have previous video editing experience
  • You have experience with Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok, Youtube
  • Experience in inbound and content marketing
  • Excellent in telling stories and copywriting
  • You have a passion for growth “hacking” marketing
  • You have experience on how to marketing to Small Business Owners
  • You have experience on branding & marketing to B2C
  • You have experience using Chat GPT and actively find ways to use AI to scale our marketing efforts
  • You must be high energy, coachable, adaptable, and collaborative.
  • Street smarts required
