About Darryl Yardley, Creator of the Playbook
Darryl has been a physio for more than a decade. He’s mentored and helped hundreds of physios and chiros go from new grads to all-star clinicians to clinic directors to junior partners. And has even hired 100s of clinicians at his clinics and for his clients.
He is the Chief Operating Officer at Clinic Accelerator, where he supports over 400 clinic owners. His superpowers are in clinic operations, clinician performance, recruitment, expansion of practice models, clinician-assistant training, physician engagement and clinic director training.
He also teaches business and practice management content at four universities in Canada and is currently the Professor for Business and Leadership in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University and Western University.
