Dee Bills is the Front Office Guru at Clinic Accelerator and has trained more than 1,500 front desk staff and 400 clinic owners. Dee spent the first 20 years of her career as a PT, but in 2013, when her husband needed help in his practice, she became the Director of Admin to assist with front-end management.
